2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was displayed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you are refunded in full.
3. Prices
All prices are in US dollars. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed.
4. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order. We do not store your card details; payment is handled by our payment provider over a secure connection.
5. Shipping

6. Returns and refunds
See our Refund and Returns Policy. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item.
7. Product descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including real dimensions and materials. Screen colors vary, so the shade you see may differ slightly from the item.
8. Safe use
Our inflatable decorations are electrical products. Follow the manual: keep the blower plugged in, use the ground stakes and sandbags, and bring the decoration indoors in heavy rain, snow or high wind. Do not modify the wiring. We are not responsible for damage caused by use that does not follow the manual.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect losses.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
