30 days to change your mind
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.
Condition
The item must come back unused, in its original packaging, complete with everything it shipped with (ground stakes, ropes, sandbags, blower, manual).
How to start a return
Email benhamedfarid5@gmail.com with your order number and, if the item is damaged, a photo. We reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.
Who pays for return shipping
- Damaged, faulty or wrong item: we pay. You do not pay anything.
- Changed your mind: you pay the return shipping.
Damaged on arrival
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. In most cases we send a replacement or refund you straight away, without asking you to ship the item back.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the money.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the return policy above applies.
What we cannot accept
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items returned used, incomplete or without their packaging
- Damage caused by use that does not follow the manual (left out in a storm, blower unplugged, wiring modified)
