Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We are not able to deliver outside the US at this time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum and no surprise charge at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Orders ship from our US warehouse and arrive 3 to 5 business days after processing. Most customers receive their order within a week of ordering.
Halloween cut-off date
To receive your order before October 31, place it by October 27. Orders placed after that date may arrive after Halloween. If that happens and you no longer want the item, our 30-day return policy applies.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not received it within 2 business days of ordering, email us.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address before you pay. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with a photo. We will replace it or refund you.
